Phil established Road Engineering Services (RES) in August 2013 and is working with various clients to deliver their programs and projects, including: road planning, road asset management, construction tender documentation and alliance participation, contract administration and engineering pavement research. Phil’s clients include Construction Contractors, Consulting Engineering firms, Local Government, State Government and Research organisations.
Phil’s skills in road engineering, project management and contract management, along with his technical and analytical approach to issues can be applied to any field for a successful outcome. Phil often sees the “big picture” issues, problems and resolutions where others fail to do so.
